Return & refund Policy

At Charly's Angels, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any products once they have been shipped.


Damages and Issues

We ensure that all products are carefully inspected before being shipped. However, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at charlys.dogboutique@gmail.com. Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue, along with photos of the product and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

All products sold by Charly's Angels are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Leashes, collars, dog toys, creams, and perfumes for dogs.
  • Accessories and other non-edible items.

We do not sell any food or edible products, so this policy does not apply to such items.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

As per European Union regulations, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to the products sold by Charly's Angels, as these items are customized or sold as final sale items.
